Let's start with a little bit about my pack. I have three dogs, Koda (Samoyed), Kalista ( Siberian Husky) and Storm (Siberian Husky) along with two cats, Tales (Maine coon) and Hera (Siamese mix). From a young age I've had a strong passion for animals and have taken every opportunity to be actively involved in their well being. Over the past several years I've worked in the veterinary field and gained experience with routine procedures such as: humane animal restraint, nail trims and administering vaccines. I am certified in pet first aid. I am a full time pet sitter in the Poconos and loving my career choice! Every pet sitting and dog walking is another chance to care for a furry friend.
I have always had an affinity for animals and their care and comfort. Throughout my lifetime I have been the caretaker for cats, dogs, hamsters, lizards, birds and fish. While my children were in high school, I began showing my Siberian Huskies in AKC Conformation. Several years ago I began also working with a local dog sled tour company, and the dogs are THRILLED! I currently reside with five Siberians: Doc Howl-A-Day, Wednesday (CH Doc’s Last Housecall at Mtn Top), Captain Morgan, Wyatt and Pink (Mtn Top’s Georgia Peach – major pointed).
I have a German Shepherd mix named Nuka, I also have a cat named Casper, i have two fish, and a frog named Fred. I am a firefighter. I have been around different animals all my life and I enjoy being with them to this day.
